Sarasota County Civic League

Dear Members:

The incoming officers and board members and I are excited about the year to come and we have a lot of great new ideas for programs. We are committed to making better use of our website to further expand on the message of civic engagement. We want to try and bring in more members and guests this year and continue to be one of the best welcome wagons in town.

The year of 2012 will be another very interesting election year. We plan to put on another great Candidate School. We will continue to find ways to support, motivate and enhance the community we live in following in the over 52 year-long tradition of the Sarasota Civic League.

Thank you all for your support.  Thank you for being civic-minded. Thank you for letting me serve  as President this year of this very distinguished, influential  and fine organization.
